Details Med Surg/Med Surg-Telemetry unit as part of a Clinical Resource Team 1:5-6 patient ratio Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (6:30 PM-7:00 AM) Every other weekend required No on-call requirements May float across campuses in Rock Island, Bettendorf, Moline, and Muscatine, and to the Stepdown unit as needed Uses Epic EMR Requirements Active IL RN license required at time of consideration IA RN license also required, or proof of application for IA single-state or compact license BLS and ACLS certifications required (AHA) Minimum 2 years of recent Med Surg experience required Stepdown/Cardiac experience preferred Driver's license required for consideration Supervisory reference required, dated within 2 years of employment/contract Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission required Additional Information Provide professional clinical care as part of an interdisciplinary team Contribute to patient care management across multiple campuses as needed Required to work 1-2 of 3 summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day) Required to work 2 of 3 winter holidays (Christmas, New Year's, Thanksgiving) Must have a taxable address outside 50 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rate First-time travelers are welcome to apply American Traveler Job ID P-763962.
