This position involves working in a 28-bed emergency department, which includes 4 trauma bays, 2 behavioral health rooms, and 22 cardiac monitor rooms. The role requires delivering effective nursing care to patients with varying levels of acuity along with rapid patient turnover. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital policies. Deliver care with a focus on evidence-based practices and protocols. Shift Information This position requires availability for night shifts, with a standard schedule of 3 twelve-hour shifts per week following an initial week of orientation. Hours are not guaranteed.

Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency room setting. Current Hawaii Nursing License by the start date of the assignment.

General certifications are required: ACLS, BLS/BCLS, and PALS.
