Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/30/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - MS/Tele Job Description We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care while working in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed using the Omnicell medication system. Perform bedside procedures such as dialysis catheter placement, thoracentesis, and incision & drainage (I&D). Conduct post-heart catheterization assessments and care. Float to similar units as needed based on patient care requirements. Cover weekend shifts as scheduled, occurring every other weekend with flexibility based on need.

Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee. Minimum of one year of experience in Medical-Surgical/Telemetry nursing.

Experience using EPIC electronic medical record system is required. Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications are required. Open to reviewing candidates with relevant experience who are first-time travelers.

Shift Details The position is for Night shifts, working 3 days a week from 19:00 to 07:30.
