This position is located in Marquette, MI, a vibrant community in the central region of Michigan's upper peninsula. The facility is known for its comprehensive healthcare services, including a Heart & Vascular Institute, Cancer Center, Brain & Spine, and more. This role requires a Michigan RN license and a minimum of 2 years of experience, with a preference for those with pediatric experience. You'll be working in a 24-bed unit with a patient ratio of 1:6, providing care to patients of all ages. The position offers guaranteed hours, with 36 hours per week and a commitment to teamwork and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Neuro/Ortho/Pediatrics unit. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Participate in patient assessments and develop care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Maintain accurate patient records using EHR systems (Paragon, transitioning to Cerner).

Requirements: Active Michigan RN license. BLS certification; PALS preferred. Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in adult care and preferred experience in pediatrics.
