Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med Surg and Telemetry units. Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Participate in patient and family education to promote health and wellness.

Requirements: Must have 12 months of permanent Med Surg/Telemetry experience. Valid Ohio RN license or Compact State License in hand. AHA BLS & ACLS certification required; must be willing to obtain NIHSS prior to start. One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required for submission. Charge RN references accepted. Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate during orientation; acceptable scores on both assessments are required.
