The ideal candidate will demonstrate independent nursing practice and effectively manage various clinical situations while meeting the complex needs of patients and families.

Shift Information Shift: Nights (7 PM - 7 AM)

Full-Time Positions: 36 or 48 hours per week guarantees available Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend No on-call requirement Responsibilities Provide nursing care according to established protocols and the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Address the psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and their families. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patients for side effects and treatment effectiveness. Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care provided accurately. Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, families, and caregivers regarding health management.

Qualifications Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in a related nursing specialty preferred. Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications: Current RN License in the state of employment or compact. BLS certification via AHA required. Nurse/Patient Ratio The typical nurse/patient ratio is either 5:1 or 6:1, depending on unit needs. Electronic Medical Record (EMR) The unit utilizes Epic as its electronic medical record system.

Dress Code Uniform: Ceil blue scrubs are required.
