Details Work in the Stepdown unit of a hospital setting (HVTI-Stepdown) Potential to float to units J1-2, J33, and the ED to care for the same patient population Day shift (3x12 hours, 7:00am-7:30pm) or Night shift (3x12 hours, 7:00pm-7:30am), rotating as needed to meet hospital operational needs 13-week assignment length Requirements Active OH RN license or compact license in hand required Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required (AHA or American Red Cross) Minimum 1 year of combined permanent experience in the specialty required One professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty required Must complete ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation with an acceptable score Additional Information Provide stepdown-level nursing care to a cardiac/telemetry patient population Must work at least every other holiday COVID-19 and flu vaccines required, with medical or religious exemptions only Locals accepted at the same bill rate Background check hits of any kind are reviewed, but open cases or any license hits will not be accepted Permanent or per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date First-time travelers are not required to have prior travel experience for this role American Traveler Job ID P-770616.
