Details Work in the Family Birth Place unit with 15 labor beds, 7 antepartum beds, and 4 pre/post beds Unit delivers 350-400 births monthly Patient ratios of 1:1 or 2:1 (estimates, not guaranteed) Uses external fetal monitoring equipment Documents in EPIC EMR Night shift schedule, 3x12, 1900-0700 Weekend hours required as needed by facility No call requirements May be required to float to post partum unit Requirements Active OK or compact RN license required at time of consideration Current BLS, C-EFM, and NRP certifications required ACLS and PALS certifications preferred Minimum 2 years of labor and delivery experience at a hospital with comparable delivery volume No employment gaps of 90 days within the past 12 months Valid U.S. Social Security Number required (Canadian SINs not accepted)
