Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and assess patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatment. Coordinate patient care with the healthcare team, including physicians and other nursing staff.

Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding their health and treatment plans. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with policies and regulations. Assist in the implementation of care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
