Details Acute care hospital setting with Trauma Level 3 designation Unit: PT - Inpatient/LTC Float Hospital licensed for 118 beds with a therapy caseload averaging 40-45 patients Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Will float between the LTC/SNF at Nielson Place and the main hospital Uses EPIC for electronic medical records Requirements Active MN PT license required (willing to obtain); license required if applicable BLS certification required, must be AHA issued Minimum 1 year of PT experience within the past 3 years required Acute care hospital setting experience within the past 3 years preferred EPIC experience highly preferred Willingness to cross-train to SNF for intermittent coverage needs highly preferred Additional Information Evaluate and treat a variety of adult patient diagnoses including general deconditioning, total joint replacement, post-op ortho, select neuro diagnoses, and general medical-surgical cases Orientation includes computer-based organizational training plus 1-on-1 EPIC and department orientation All clinicians must badge in and out at the facility Scrub color requirements: Ceil Blue, Khaki, Gray, or Chocolate Brown polo, or business casual attire Accepts local candidates within 80 miles of the facility at a reduced rate Candidates who previously worked for this health system must have an end date at least 6 months prior to submission American Traveler Job ID P-781841.
