Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Oncology Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/23/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Oncology Specialty: Hematology / Oncology Clinic Shift: Day shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 8:30 AM–5:00 PM Schedule: 5 × 8-hour shifts per week Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week Contract Duration: 13 weeks Experience: Outpatient oncology experience required.

Certifications: BLS (AHA), ONS/ONCC chemotherapy certification, and WA or Compact RN License.

Required Skills: Phone triage, nursing assessment, chemotherapy education, patient care coordination, medication refill management, and strong communication skills.

Patient Population: Oncology patients, including pancreatic cancer, colorectal cancer, cholangiocarcinoma, and general medical oncology.

Patient Load: Approximately 20–30 patient encounters per day, with a maximum of 3 chemotherapy education sessions daily.

EHR: Epic experience required.

Scrubs: Grey, black, white, blue, or business casual.
