The primary responsibility will be to provide care for boarder patients, which may include those in medical/surgical, stepdown, or intensive care unit settings. There may also be instances where the RN is required to float to an acute unit as necessary. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care in a high-pressure emergency department environment. Assess and monitor patients' conditions, ensuring timely interventions and updates to care plans. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective patient care. Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians. Support patients and their families through education and emotional support.

Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar-sized level 1 trauma facility.

Current certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), and TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) are required.
