This role involves performing assessments, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in accordance with established protocols and guidelines. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document relevant data Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans Monitor and assess patient progress and communicate any changes to the healthcare team Educate patients and their families about health management Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients Qualifications Current RN license in the state of practice Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certifications required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Work Schedule Night shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM Location Travel opportunities available across multiple locations in the region.
