This position requires a commitment to providing high-quality care to patients undergoing rehabilitation. The ideal candidate will have experience in a hospital setting, specifically in inpatient rehabilitation and stroke evaluation and treatment.

General Information Location: Richmond, VA Unit Name: Rehab Therapy Number of Beds: 44 Patient Ratios: 4:1 Unit Staffing: 10 OT/PT teams, 3 speech therapists, 1 technician Documentation System: Meditech Expanse Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7 AM - 5 PM, rotating weekends Floating Policy: May float to acute care if rehab census is low Patient Experience Requirements: Use of AIDET communication and immediate service recovery Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a hospital setting required, with a preference for inpatient rehab and stroke treatment experience.
