Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend Requirements: Minimum 5 years of RN experience. At least 1 year of House Supervisor experience. Previous travel nursing experience required. Active New York RN license in hand. EPIC charting experience required. BLS certification required. ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS preferred. Must have experience managing facility operations independently during off-hours and weekends. Candidates must live more than 75 miles from the facility. First-time travelers are not accepted.

Key Responsibilities & Skills: Oversee nursing operations across multiple units. Manage staffing, scheduling, and bed placement. Supervise nursing care across Med-Surg, Surgical, Behavioral Health, OR, and ED departments. Handle emergencies, code management, rapid response, and crisis intervention. Coordinate admissions, transfers, and patient flow. Support clinical teams and ensure smooth facility operations.

Additional Details: Average daily census: 70 Patient population: Adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Floating may be required. 36 hours of orientation. Up to 1 pre-approved time-off request. No more than 10 days of requested time off permitted.
