Unit Information Number of Beds: 19 Patient Ratios: 4:1 Unit Staffing: Unit secretaries available per shift, no techs Equipment: GE Monitors, I-Mobile Documentation System: Meditech, Tele-Neuro Scheduling Requirements: 3 shifts per week, weekends rotate Floating Policy: No float Patient Experience Requirements: AIDET, communication boards Qualifications Must Have: Basic ER skills including triage, ability to manage behavioral health patients, and a patient-focused attitude.

Certifications Required: License, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH Stroke Scale. Specialized Skills Experience with NIH Stroke and CPI preferred but can be provided as necessary. No advanced skills are required for this position.
