Unit Information Number of Beds: 25 Patient Ratios: Days 5-6:1; Nights 6:1 Unit Staffing: Days: Unit Secretary, 2-3 Patient Care Technicians (PCT)

Nights: 2-3 Patient Care Technicians (PCT)

Type of Equipment: Sara Steady, Wound Vac, Tele Health, Virtual Sitter Equipment, Remote Telemetry Documentation System: Meditech Scheduling Requirements: Every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday); weekdays are flexible Floating Policy: PRN, mostly between Med/Surg units Patient Experience Requirements: BSSR, Hourly Rounding Qualifications Required Skills: Strong assessment skills, experience with IV pumps and Pyxis medication dispensing cabinets Advanced Skills & Procedures: IV and Foley catheter placement Certifications Preferred: BLS, NIH, CPI Years of Experience: 2 years Dress Code Required uniform: Black or Royal Blue scrubs.
