The Physical Therapist Assistant provides patient care under the direction and supervision of physical therapists.

Responsibilities include exercise, massage, gait and balance training, and other therapeutic interventions, along with documenting patient progress and reporting treatment results to the physical therapist.

Job Details Schedule: Day shifts, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Required Qualifications: Two years of Physical Therapist Assistant experience; Texas or compact license required.

Additional Information: Treat patients through exercise, massage, gait and balance training, and other therapeutic interventions. Record patient progress and report treatment results to the physical therapist. Build and manage patient caseloads using available referrals and treatment opportunities while meeting productivity expectations. Make reasonable efforts to reschedule or complete clinically appropriate treatment when sessions are missed or shortened. Communicate treatment barriers to facility leadership.
