The RN will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating clinical expertise and compassion in all patient interactions. Key Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care to critically ill patients, ensuring their comfort and safety. Utilize critical thinking skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Monitor vital signs and manage patient medications as prescribed. Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Document all patient care activities accurately and timely in the electronic health record. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment plans. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Qualifications Active and unencumbered RN license. Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in an ICU or similar critical care setting. BLS and ACLS certification required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment. Work Hours This position requires the flexibility to work night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM.
