Details Med/Surg unit specializing in orthopedics and post-op surgical patients 30-bed unit with a 6:1 patient ratio 3x12 night shift schedule, 06:45 - 19:15 Every other weekend required No on-call requirements Floating required as needed Uses Epic EMR Requirements Active RN license (AL or Compact) required Current BLS and NIHSS certifications (AHA only, American Red Cross not accepted) Minimum 2 years of recent experience required Strong time management, positive attitude, and reliable attendance Bedside shift report required at start of shift Additional Information Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced orthopedic and surgical post-op environment Candidates should be quick-thinking, confident, and hard-working Navy scrubs required Fake, gel, wrapped, or dipped nails of any kind are not permitted Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for the position RTO cannot be accommodated for 12/25 - 12/27 Local candidates are not accepted for this position American Traveler Job ID P-744113.
