Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Pulaski, Tennessee.

Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/30/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Summary: Medical Surgical Floor RN / LPN Pulaski, TN. This position involves providing patient care in a 19-bed Medical/Surgical unit within a regional healthcare facility. The role requires flexibility to float to units such as ICU, OB, or ER, and includes rotating weekend shifts with on-call responsibilities. The successful candidate will have at least one year of clinical experience and hold the necessary licensure to practice in Tennessee.

Job Details: Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.

Required Qualifications: Valid licensure to work as an RN or LPN in Tennessee, 1-2 years of medical-surgical experience, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications, CPR certification, and must meet Tennessee Abuse Registry requirements.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with telemetry monitoring, electronic health records (Medhost), and working in acute care settings.

Float: Float rotation may be required to medical detox, ICU, OB, or ER, with task assignments including low level medical-surgical overflow patients in ICU with a ratio of 1:3.

Additional Information: Unit staffed with a Unit Secretary/Monitor Tech. The patient population includes geriatric and adult patients, with no more than 3-4 pediatric patients annually. The unit utilizes Welch Allyn vital machines, Masimo bedside monitors, CareView, telemetry, Sara Stedy, and ARJO lifts.
