Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Cardiac Stepdown Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/30/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse – Cardiac Stepdown / Surgical Telemetry Location: Seattle, WA Start Date: 11/30/2026 Contract: 13 Weeks Shift: Nights | 3x12 | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM Patient Ratio: 1:4 (may increase to 1:5 at midnight)

Charting: Epic Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of Telemetry RN experience • Previous travel experience required – no first-time travelers • Surgical Telemetry experience required • Open-heart post-op experience required • Vascular experience, including groin and radial band management • Strong IV skills • Epic experience – HARD STOP • BLS, ACLS & NIHSS required • Active WA or Compact RN license required Clinical Experience: • Cardiac PCU, Surgical Telemetry, MS/Tele, Stepdown • MI, CAD, CHF, arrhythmias and post-cardiac catheterization • Pre/Post open-heart surgery patients (24–28 hours post-op) • Chest tube management and sternal precautions • Dysrhythmia interpretation and management • Cardiac and stable vasoactive drips • Cardioversion, defibrillation and epicardial pacer management • Blood product administration, central lines, PICC and IV management • CPAP/BiPAP, respiratory care and oxygen administration • Vascular surgery and TR Band management • Optional: VAD and TAVR experience 3528791 Registered Nurse – Cardiac Stepdown / Surgical Telemetry Location: Seattle, WA Start Date: 11/30/2026 Contract: 13 Weeks Shift: Nights | 3x12 | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM Patient Ratio: 1:4 (may increase to 1:5 at midnight)
