Provide first-assist support including exposure, hemostasis, suturing, tissue handling, and wound closure. Maintain sterile technique and patient safety throughout procedures. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical technologists, and nursing staff. Participate in pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative patient care.
