Shift Duration: 12 hours Hours Per Week: 36 Contract Duration: 13 weeks Start Date: 10/23/2026 Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,800 - $1,890 Openings: 2 Orientation: Includes ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments Job Requirements Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience Active permanent Ohio RN license or compact license in hand at time of submission Current ACLS and BLS certifications required PALS certification required TNCC certification preferred One manager, supervisor, ANM, or director reference in the ER specialty from an assignment within the past 12 months All required certifications must be active and available at submission Ability to successfully complete orientation assessments with an acceptable score Availability to work at least every other holiday Must be eligible to complete time-sensitive background and fingerprinting requirements as part of onboarding Responsibilities Provide safe, efficient, and compassionate emergency nursing care in a high-acuity setting Perform rapid patient assessments and prioritize care based on condition and urgency Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions according to nursing standards Monitor patient status closely and respond quickly to changes in condition Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support timely treatment decisions Maintain accurate documentation and help support smooth patient flow through the ED Use strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-moving emergency department Complete required orientation, assessments, and ongoing compliance expectations Why Apply?
