Details Home Health setting covering designated territories, including rural counties and Kansas City metro areas Territory coverage includes Clinton office (Henry, St. Clair, Benton counties, 2x/week) and Kansas office (Eastern Jackson and Lafayette counties, 3x/week) Day shift schedule, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM No weekend scheduling required 13-week contract length Requirements Minimum 1 year of recent home health experience required OASIS experience required for staff completing Start of Care (SOC) Proficiency in HCHB (Homecare Homebase) required Active driver's license and personal transportation required License required if applicable Additional Information Timely communication and documentation are mandatory Completion of a Home Health Checklist is mandatory Travel pairs accepted, but each traveler will be assigned to their own territory and must have personal transportation Billable modules are completed during orientation First-time travelers will not be considered for this role RTO requests must be submitted at the time of application American Traveler Job ID P-759734.
