Job Title Occupational Therapist (OT) – Home Health Location Solano County, CA | Home Health Schedule / Job Type Contract | Full-Time | Days | Monday–Friday | Expected 40 hours/week Key Responsibilities Prioritize and conduct start of care visits with next-day mandatory reporting Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs) in the field Complete clinical notes and all documentation within 48 hours of each visit Maintain timely communication with supervisor, intake, and office staff during normal business hours Manage a caseload structured to average approximately 8 hours per day across a variety of visit types (Start of Care, Recertification, Resumption of Care, OASIS Discharge, Evaluations, and Revisits) Operate within an assigned territory; may be required to expand coverage area as needed Required Qualifications Active California Occupational Therapist (OT) License Minimum of one year of Home Health experience Proficiency or ability to learn documentation in Kinnser Ability to meet a productivity requirement of 30 points per week Overtime must receive pre-approval from the Clinical Supervisor Preferred Experience / Skills Experience supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants in a home health setting Familiarity with OASIS documentation and home health regulatory requirements Strong time management and organizational skills suited to a field-based, autonomous role Why Join Us Mileage reimbursement from first to last patient, plus parking and toll reimbursement provided Equipment issued (iPad and communication platform) to support seamless field operations; company vehicle option may be available Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 800049.
