Job Title Registered Nurse – Operating Room Location Everett, WA | Level II Trauma Center Schedule / Job Type Contract | Days/Evenings | 4x10-hour shifts | Start/stop times may vary based on unit needs | Weekend availability required based on scheduling needs | On-call participation required Key Responsibilities Provide perioperative nursing care across a high-volume OR environment with 18 operating rooms, including trauma-designated rooms and evening coverage Deliver care primarily to adult patients, with occasional pediatric cases across a broad range of service lines including neuro, thoracic, general, ortho, plastics, robotics, GYN, ENT, urology, trauma, and vascular Participate in on-call rotation as required by the department; call shifts are typically minimal within a 13-week rotation Adapt to a combination of 10- and 12-hour shifts and float between sister facilities nearby as needed Document patient care accurately using EPIC electronic health records Commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day) Required Qualifications Active RN license required; compact license must be in hand at time of submission; pending license accepted Minimum 1 year of OR RN experience required Level II Trauma Center experience (or greater) required Must not reside within 50 miles of the facility to be eligible All RTO requests must be submitted at the time of initial submittal; post-offer RTO requests may not be considered 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start Preferred Experience / Skills Scrub experience preferred Experience in one or more service lines: neuro, thoracic, general, ortho, plastics, robotics, GYN, ENT, pediatrics, urology, trauma, or vascular Familiarity with EPIC charting system Why Join Us Work within a large, well-equipped Level II Trauma Center operating environment with a dedicated cardiac team and broad surgical specialties Facility-paid parking provided Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 800317.
