Job Title Registered Nurse – Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Location Rockford, IL | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | Days | 13-Week Assignment | 36 or 48 hours/week available Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a critical care/ICU setting, including management of CCU patients Monitor and assess critically ill patients, responding promptly to changes in condition Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders and established protocols Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and care delivered Participate in weekend and holiday coverage as needed; block scheduling may be available Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license BLS certification required ACLS certification required Experience in a mid- to large-sized hospital setting Demonstrated critical care/CCU experience (must be reflected on resume) Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility (permanent address) to be eligible Preferred Experience / Skills Prior travel or contract nursing experience in a critical care environment Familiarity with high-acuity patient populations and advanced monitoring equipment Ability to adapt to varying scheduling needs, including block scheduling arrangements Why Join Us Flexible contract options with expected weekly hours of 36 or 48, supporting work-life balance Opportunity to work in a dynamic critical care environment with scheduling flexibility including block scheduling options Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 799930.
