Job Title Travel RN – Emergency Room Location Salt Lake City, UT | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Expected 36 hours/week Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a 32-bed Main ED with float capability to Free-Standing Emergency Departments (FSEDs) Maintain a 4:1 patient ratio in a team nursing environment supported by paramedics, EMTs, and a dedicated unit secretary Perform and assist with advanced procedures including intubation, chest tube placement, and central line insertion Document all patient care accurately using the Epic electronic health records system Meet scheduling requirements including 4 weekend shifts per 4-week period Uphold patient experience standards through courteous, attentive care Required Qualifications Active, unencumbered RN license — must be in hand at time of submission ACLS and BLS certifications required PALS certification required TNCC or ENPC certification required CPI certification required Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience Preferred Experience / Skills Experience working in a high-volume or multi-area emergency department environment Familiarity with FSED operations and float assignments between ED units Demonstrated ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced clinical setting Why Join Us Work in a well-staffed, team-oriented Emergency Department with dedicated support personnel including unit secretaries, paramedics, and EMTs Gain diverse clinical experience across a main ED and multiple free-standing emergency department locations Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 800366.
