Job Title Travel RN – PCU / Transplant Step-Down Location Dallas, TX | Progressive Care Unit (PCU / Step-Down) Schedule / Job Type Contract | 13 Weeks | Days, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Tuesday Start Dates | Expected 48 hours/week Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a Transplant Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting Monitor and assess transplant patients, identifying and responding to changes in condition Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with facility protocols Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and facility standards Maintain compliance with BLS and ACLS certification requirements throughout the assignment Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Texas (or compact eligibility) Minimum 1 year of PCU, Step-Down, or IMC nursing experience Current BLS certification required Current ACLS certification required Preferred Experience / Skills Prior experience in a transplant or specialty PCU environment Familiarity with transplant patient populations and associated care protocols Strong critical thinking and hemodynamic monitoring skills Why Join Us Opportunity to work in a specialized transplant PCU at a large, well-established acute care facility in the Dallas area Expected 48-hour weekly schedule providing strong earning potential throughout the 13-week engagement Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 798150.
