Job Title Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry Location Easley, SC | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) | Onsite Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit Monitor and interpret telemetry, cardiac telemetry, and related patient data Document all patient care activities accurately using EPIC EMR Administer and manage medications using the Omnicell medication system Provide weekend coverage on a rotating basis (every other weekend, subject to unit needs) Floating to other units or facilities is required based on census needs; staff will only float to units for which competencies have been demonstrated and documented Required Qualifications Active South Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license BLS certification required ACLS certification required NIHSS certification required Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience in a Medical Surgical or Telemetry setting Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with EPIC EMR Must reside more than 100 miles from all system facilities to be eligible at full rate; candidates between 90–99.9 miles may be considered at a reduced rate Preferred Experience / Skills Experience in Telemetry, ER Holding, or Cardiac Telemetry settings Familiarity with the Omnicell medication management system Prior travel nursing experience; first-time travelers may be considered based on overall experience Why Join Us Orientation is provided at the start of the assignment, and pre-assignment modules of up to 16 hours may be eligible for reimbursement Opportunity to work within a large, well-established health system with diverse units and patient populations Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 799308.
