This is a fantastic opportunity for RNs looking to make a difference in the Med Surg unit. Our facility values experienced nurses and offers a supportive environment for both first-time travelers and local candidates.

Scheduling Details and Charting: Shift hours: 3x12s, nights, 7p-7a Charting: EPIC experience preferred Weekend Requirement: May be EOW or 6 weekend shifts in a 6-week scheduling block RTO, Block & Special Scheduling Requests: All requests must be included with the submission.

Call off Policy: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.

Holiday Requirement: Must work one holiday per 13-week contract.

Accept First-Time Travelers: Yes Locals Accepted?

Radius Rule: No. Refer to the Submittal Instructions for radius rule criteria.

Pending License Accepted: Yes, only if the candidate holds a single-state license from a non-compact state. Otherwise, submission must include an active Virginia State or Compact RN/LPN license.

Required Certifications: BLS CRRN preferred CPI Blue Cert highly preferred Required Clinical Skills: Experience in Med Surg and Rehab settings Skilled in peripheral line care/management, nasal cannula, non-invasive airway management, oxygen administration and tanks, and isolation precautions Unit Details and Floating: 1:6 ratios, may flex up to 1:7 Common patient diagnosis: SCVA, SCI, TBI, amputee, multi-trauma 33-bed adult Med Surg unit (no telemetry) Nurses are required to float to CRMH if needed (MS only 11W, 10W, 9W, and 5W).
