Job Description & Requirements Specialty: PCU - Progressive Care Unit Discipline: RN Start Date: 12/07/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Respiratory Shift Information Nights: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Every other weekend required. Job Description An experienced RN with a focus on the Respiratory unit is needed to deliver high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will work primarily on the Respiratory unit, which handles COVID patients, but may occasionally float to various Med-Surg units including Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, Cardiac, and Observation. This position requires a commitment of 36 hours per week. Core Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, specifically in the respiratory unit. Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and communicating effectively with the healthcare team. Float to various Med-Surg units as necessary, maintaining a flexible approach to patient care. Ensure compliance with all safety and health standards.

Qualifications Active RN license in Ohio. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. A minimum of 3 years of recent experience in Telemetry and/or Stepdown nursing, with proficiency in telemetry reading required.

Proficient in Epic EMR; candidates must provide documentation of their proficiency as no refresher classes are available.

Additional Information Holiday coverage is required. Candidates must be able to pass competency testing for telemetry reading on the first day of employment. Non-compliance with proficiency requirements will result in termination.
