The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Position Details Role: RN Specialty: ICU/Step Down Shift: 12 hours (6:45 AM - 7:15 PM)

Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend Call Requirements: Varies based on unit needs Years of Experience: Minimum of 2 years in ICU/Step Down settings Float Requirements: Yes, may be required to float to MSU or other areas as needed Education & Certification Requirements Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Preferred Certifications: PALS Education Modules: To be consistent with unit requirements Unit Information Number of Beds: 8 Patient Ratios: 1 to 2-3 EMR: EPIC Candidate Profile Must Have Skills/Experience: ICU and Step Down experience Preferred Skillset/Experience: Pediatric experience (not required)
