Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 48 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel BLOCK 1ST TIMERS OK - ICU RN - Req 11130 Will position float between units: Yes Is on-call required? No Are weekends required? Yes Minimum of 6 weekend shifts in 6 weeks Are block schedules required? Yes, approved based on staffing/unit needs What are expected ratios? 1:2/ 1:3 Special requirements: Prefer Neuro ICU exp. Block schedules approved based on staffing/unit needs. Are 48 hours approved: yes Hospital Highlights Type of Facility: Short Term Acute Care Total Staffed Beds: 379 Level II Trauma Center Department Uniform/Dress: a. The dress code for licensed nursing personnel (RN, LVN) is solid navy blue colored uniforms or scrub attire. (Scrub tops may have colored piping.) Print tops are not acceptable attire except for licensed staff in the Children's Hospital (PED, Pedi, PICU, NICU). Women's Services (L&D, Mom/ Baby) will meet the requirements for their unit specific scrub attire. b. The dress code for unlicensed personnel (US, CNA, PCA, NT, MT) is solid hunter green colored uniforms or scrub attire. Print tops are not acceptable except in the areas noted above.
