The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in utilizing EPIC software and be ready to work day shifts, opting for either 36 or 48 hours per week.

Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care and support in an acute care setting. Utilize EPIC software for electronic health records management. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.

Participate in patient assessments and develop nursing diagnoses. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and treatment plans.

Ensure compliance with facility protocols and standards of care.

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred. Acute care facility experience is preferred. Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice is required.

Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) is required from an approved vendor. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor is required.

Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from an approved vendor is required. Knowledge of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale is required.

Additional Information The selected candidate will be approved for one holiday off but must be willing to work during other holiday periods as assigned.
