Our unit is equipped with 8 operating rooms and staffed by a talented group of 25 professionals, including RNs, surgical technologists, and anesthesia staff.

Unit Overview Day Shift Staff: Charge RN, RNs, CST, Anesthesia Night Shift: On-call team Patient Ratios: 1:1 (estimated, not guaranteed)

Equipment Used: Belmont Rapid Fusion Electronic Medical Records: Meditech / CPN Typical Responsibilities Manage the operating room and assist surgeons during procedures Monitor vital signs and provide pre- and post-operative care Perform a variety of surgical procedures, including but not limited to: Orthopedic ENT (Ear, Nose, Throat) Urology Spine General Surgery Gynecology Endoscopy Plastic Surgery Cardiac Surgery Qualifications Minimum Experience: 1 year of current acute care hospital experience as a Pediatric Cardiovascular Operating Room RN Certifications: BLS & ACLS required Required Skills: Experience in cardiac/open-heart surgery Preferred Skills: Pediatrics experience, CVOR/Cardiac experience, and capability to function across multiple service lines Best Personality Fit Strong teamwork and collaboration skills Commitment to exceptional patient care Effective communication with staff and providers Additional Information We offer an engaging work environment with support from experienced service line leaders.
