Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Critical Care Float Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse - ICU | Travel | Rockford, IL Assignment Overview We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in Rockford, IL. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ICU settings and be willing to float to Medical Surgical units if needed. This position requires adaptability and a strong background in cardiac care.

Assignment Length: Not provided Estimated gross weekly pay package: $2511 (negotiable)

Responsibilities Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients. Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, policies, and standards of care. Document according to standards of care.

Develop, initiate, and execute a patient plan of care based on individualized needs. Participate in department or unit performance improvement activities. Utilize clinical expertise and provide guidance to other units/departments in support of patient care.

Employ critical thinking regarding patient safety and escalate issues appropriately.
