Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Occupational Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 11/23/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Occupational Therapist, Home Health. This role provides occupational therapy services to geriatric patients in a home health setting, with responsibility for clinical care, timely communication, and accurate documentation. The position follows a MondayFriday schedule with flexibility to work weekends and includes an average of 57 visits daily or a minimum of 30 points weekly.

Job Details Schedule: 8-hour shifts, MondayFriday, with flexibility to work weekends; 40 hours per week.

Required Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of recent relevant experience. Occupational therapy experience in home health. OASIS experience required for staff completing Start of Care visits. Homecare Homebase experience required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. License in hand at submission. Active drivers license and personal transportation required. Timely communication and documentation skills required. First-time travelers are not accepted.

Additional Information: Patient population consists primarily of geriatric patients. Expected workload is approximately 57 visits daily or a minimum of 30 points weekly. On-call rotation may be required. Orientation is scheduled for Monday. Requested time off must be submitted at the time of application. Scrubs of any color are permitted; jeans are not permitted. An iPad is provided. Travel pairs may be accepted, with each traveler assigned an individual territory and required to have personal transportation. Hospice and home health checklist completion is mandatory.
