Start Date: 11/20/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Join our team as an ER Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department (ER) at a leading acute-care hospital in New Haven, CT. This position is specifically for winter coverage for a 13-week contract, starting on November 20, 2026. We are looking for dedicated RNs who can provide exceptional care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Cross-train and float between campuses as needed.

Requirements: Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in a similar hospital setting; preferred 2 years.

Certifications required: TNCC, ACLS, BLS. Willingness to float within scope to meet facility needs. Must be available for weekend shifts every other weekend. Pending licenses accepted.

Additional Information: Average RN ED Ratios: 1:6 days, 1:6 nights. RTO (Request Time Off) greater than 7 days requires approval. No holiday RTO allowed. Assigned to one campus with the possibility of rotating to other campuses. Travelers do not work in trauma/rescue rooms, triage, or locked behavioral health units.
