Start Date: 12/07/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Join our team as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) in St. Louis, MO, where you will be part of a leading acute-care hospital environment. We are seeking dedicated professionals for a contract position in the Med Surg specialty. As a Medical Surgical RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced setting. You will work night shifts (3x12-hour) from 19:00 to 07:30, with a patient ratio of 1:3.5. We welcome first-time travelers and require a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing elective spine surgery and manage some traumatic spine issues. Perform mobility assessments three times a day and manage pain effectively. Use Hoyer lifts and lumbar drains as needed. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Certifications required include ACLS and BLS. There is no on-call requirement, and clinicians may float within their scope to meet facility needs.
