Details Work in the Emergency Department, including a psych holding area Patient ratio of 1:5 Night shift schedule, 3x12 hours (19:00-07:30) Every other weekend and holiday required Float required between Leominster and Clinton campuses Must have flexibility to start 4 hours earlier or later than scheduled based on departmental need Uses Epic charting system No block schedules can be accommodated; scheduling based on unit needs Must be able to work all 7 days due to union facility scheduling rules Requirements Active MA RN license required in hand Minimum 2 years of ED nursing experience required Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS Epic charting experience required Strong triage skills required Additional Information Seeking a well-rounded ED nurse comfortable managing varied acute patient presentations Required to pass two pass/fail tests at orientation covering telemetry and medication administration Multiple study materials provided to support exam preparation Candidates must reside within a 75-mile radius for local consideration at the same bill rate Former employees must have a 12-month separation from the health system Up to 14 days of RTO may be submitted for review, with no RTO allowed during the first week First-time travelers are welcome to apply American Traveler Job ID P-778012.
