Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ED - Emergency Department Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/09/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Nurse, Emergency Room, Michigan This position provides emergency care in fast-paced, high-acuity situations requiring sound judgment, patience, strong communication, and attention to detail. The role supports patient care, treatment administration, and collaboration with physicians while working night shifts.

Job Details Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week; every other weekend.

Required Qualifications: 3 or more years of recent Emergency Department experience; active Michigan state license; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certifications.

Preferred Qualifications: Tele experience and previous travel experience.

Additional Information: Provides care for patients with varying needs, health conditions, and risk levels. Demonstrates strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize care for multiple patients. Maintains composure and effective decision-making during urgent, life-threatening situations. Communicates clearly with patients and families during stressful circumstances. Supports physicians with procedures, medication administration, and specialized treatments. Assignment dates are 11/09/2026 through 02/08/2027.
