Details 24-bed Medical Cardiology unit Night shift schedule, 19:00-07:30, 36 hours per week with every other weekend required RN to patient ratio of 1:6 on nights Uses Epic for charting Requirements Active MA RN license required (conditional/pending licenses not accepted) AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a traveler required Minimum 2 years of experience with a strong cardiac background required Ability to interpret telemetry strips and perform cardiac drips required Experience with post-cath care including PCI, ICD, PPM, and ablation procedures required Experience with TR band and femoral approach required Additional Information Provide direct patient care for a cardiology population including post-catheterization and telemetry monitoring Flu vaccine required during flu season with no religious or medical exemptions allowed Local candidates accepted if permanent residence is more than 60 miles from Boston, MA American Traveler Job ID P-757701.
