Job Details Location: Research Medical Center, Kansas City, MO Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week Positions Available: 3 Start Date: 11/30/2026 End Date: 03/01/2027 Required Qualifications: Certifications in CPR (Crisis Prevention Institute preferred), current state licensing as an RN, and one year of healthcare experience.

Responsibilities include prioritizing patient needs, performing procedures such as port placements and chest tube management, and maintaining patient safety and comfort. Typical procedures performed on the unit include port placement and chest tubes. The ideal candidate will be patient-focused, attentive to details, a team player, and possess a positive, coachable attitude.

Float: Float rotation may be required.

Additional Information: Candidates should be comfortable working in an emergency environment, be skilled in time management, and capable of de-escalation when needed.
