Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 12 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse - MedSurg/Telemetry | Travel | Macon, GA Assignment Overview Join our dynamic MedSurg/Telemetry team as a Registered Nurse. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in Med/Tele inpatient care and are open to a traveler assignment. The role demands expertise in handling acute and chronic conditions, with a focus on patient education and care coordination.

Assignment Details Facility Type: Teaching Hospital, Level 1 Trauma Center Location: Macon, GA Charting System: EPIC Shift Details: 12-hour shifts (7A-7P or 7P-7A) Estimated gross weekly pay package: $2160 (negotiable)

Weekend rotation: 5-6 shifts out of 12 (on a 6-week schedule)

Floating: Required to float to all Med/Tele units as needed Number of Openings: Multiple Responsibilities Manage patient care for those with acute or chronic diseases Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms Administer and titrate drips for HR such as insulin, heparin, Cardizem, and others Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams Educate patients and families on care plans Qualifications Required: Minimum 2 years Med/Tele RN experience Current BLS certification Proficient in tele skills and IV maintenance Strong assessment and time management skills Must pass EKG competency exam Preferred: ACLS certification Certification in Med Surg Job Type Travel Benefits Access to a comprehensive benefits package available for eligible employees PEL/VIP Job ID 65730590.
