Details Work in a 32-bed Intermediate Care/Stepdown unit managing drips and more acute patients Night shift schedule: three 12-hour shifts per week, 1900-0730 Weekend shifts required May be placed on-call during a regularly scheduled shift May be required to float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications Uses Epic for charting Requirements Active RN license, single state or CO/compact required Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA) required, not expiring prior to start NIHSS certification required Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in progressive/intermediate care nursing required ASN required, BSN preferred DOB and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration Additional Information Perform independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions in accordance with state Board of Nursing standards Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, including ongoing health status monitoring Provide health teaching, counseling, and therapeutic/restorative treatment directly or through delegation and supervision Review and monitor therapy and treatment plans, and document in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines Refer patients for further evaluation or treatment as needed Allow at least 2 weeks for background check and drug screening results, with reporting to the lab within 24 hours of commitment Permanent staff must be separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year before being eligible for a travel assignment American Traveler Job ID P-773138.
