Job Title Registered Nurse – IMC/PCU/Stepdown Location Florence, SC | Stepdown/PCU Schedule / Job Type Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Holiday Rotation | Every Other Weekend Required Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a Stepdown/PCU setting with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio Participate in holiday rotation and every other weekend as required Float within scope to meet facility needs, consistent with expectations for staff nurses (agency staff may float first) Document patient care and clinical assessments using Epic electronic health records Participate in emergency response team assignments during hurricane season (June–November), as required by facility policy Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in ICU and/or Stepdown nursing Active South Carolina RN license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start date Required Certifications: ACLS and BLS Must live more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible; locals are not accepted Previous permanent or PRN staff must have been separated from the facility system for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler Preferred Experience / Skills NIHSS certification preferred First-time travelers with prior ICU and/or Stepdown experience are welcome to apply Experience with Epic charting system Why Join Us Complimentary on-site parking available for the duration of your assignment Block scheduling may be considered upon request and is subject to facility approval prior to assignment start Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 797736.
