This role requires the RN to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using age-specific criteria. Clinical judgments are based on scientific knowledge and hands-on skills. The RN will also support and guide non-RN staff, including LPNs, PCTs, and Unit Secretaries, ensuring effective patient care delivery. Shift Notes Varied 12-Hour Shifts (3P - 3A and 3A - 3P) - Negotiable 36 Hour Guarantee Every 3rd Weekend required Orientation Dates 11/24 12/10 12/22 Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of OB experience - Required Completion of at least 1 travel assignment - Required Ability to function as a first assist and scrub in OB - Highly Preferred NO holiday requests for time off will be accepted Certification Requirements Active NRP Certification - Required Active Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) Certification - Required Active STABLE Certification - Required Active ACLS Certification (AHA) - Required Active BLS Certification (AHA) - Required Licensure Requirements Must have an active Ohio or Compact RN License - Required Additional Requirements Must demonstrate flexibility with work schedule changes.
