Details Work in the Obstetrics unit of a hospital setting Uses MediTech EMR Varied 12-hour shifts (3P-3A and 3A-3P), negotiable with discussion prior to acceptance Required to work every 3rd weekend No on-call requirements Floating required to units within scope of practice and skill set Requirements Active OH or Compact RN license required Current certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NRP, S.T.A.B.L.E., and Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) Minimum 2 years of OB experience required Must have completed at least one prior travel assignment Ability to function as 1st assist and scrub OB highly preferred Skills checklist pertinent to OB/GYN specialty, current within 1 year, required for consideration Additional Information Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using age-specific criteria Assist in planning, directing, and teaching non-RN staff such as LPN/PCT and Unit Secretaries Must demonstrate flexibility with work schedule changes No holiday RTO will be accepted Maximum of 5 days of RTO can be requested Local candidates within a 45-mile radius of the facility are accepted at a reduced travel rate American Traveler Job ID P-781639.
